10 lbs

That's the newest goal! Two weeks til the half marathon-walk-a-thon... at least that is what i am anticipating it to be.... but I'm about to start training for the lose-10-a-thon!.... Liz and I are both after a very "full-filing" vacation making an attempt to get our bodies back in shape to where we would like to be (especially before I have to strut myself down the aisle for two weddings.... neither of which are my own)..... 10 pounds seems resonable... it starts today when she leaves for the airport. I plan on biking and running and eating well for the next month... I refuse to feel fat this summer and that's that... off to the airport!
